Planned for Hong Kong Island

Same-day Island orders go out from Kowloon, so the cut-off is firm: order by 1pm and include the office or building details.

Reception desks in Island towers will often only sign for flowers when they can match a company name and floor. At home addresses, give the block and flat number and a mobile that the security guard can ring.

Good to know

Before you order

When is the same-day cut-off?

Place eligible orders by 1pm. On busy dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival, delivery slots fill early, so order in the morning if you can.

Can a same-day order go to a hospital or hotel?

Yes. Give the patient's full name with the ward and bed number, or the hotel guest's name and room number, plus a contact phone number. Some wards do not accept flowers, so please check beforehand.

Which Hong Kong Island neighbourhoods do you deliver to?

We cover Central, Admiralty, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Sheung Wan, Mid-Levels and other addresses across Hong Kong Island, subject to route availability and complete delivery details.
