Local delivery

Planned for New Territories

Routes into the New Territories take longer, so same-day orders here benefit from being placed well before the 1pm cut-off.

Estates need the phase and block; village houses need the village name, house number and ideally a nearby landmark. A recipient's mobile number is essential for both. A small surcharge applies to New Territories deliveries.

Good to know

Before you order

When is the same-day cut-off?

Place eligible orders by 1pm. On busy dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival, delivery slots fill early, so order in the morning if you can.

Can a same-day order go to a hospital or hotel?

Yes. Give the patient's full name with the ward and bed number, or the hotel guest's name and room number, plus a contact phone number. Some wards do not accept flowers, so please check beforehand.

Which New Territories neighbourhoods do you deliver to?

We cover Sha Tin, Tsuen Wan, Tseung Kwan O, Tai Po, Yuen Long, Tuen Mun and other addresses across New Territories, subject to route availability and complete delivery details.
